Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ORAVENTA. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items that have been used or opened for hygiene reasons

Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at sales@oraventa.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back to the business address unless instructed by our support team.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–30 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, since there is often processing time before refunds are reflected.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
